Ryan Howard: Chicago Vegan Foods Founder and vegan since 1993. Food Process Engineer and a Purdue University "Outstanding Alumni" award winner. Can ollie a full-size garbage can and kick flip over a small child—though we hope he gives that one up before his son, Jude, passes the four-foot mark.
Dan Ziegler: Chicago Vegan Foods Founder and vegan since 1992. University of Phoenix business school graduate. When not working loves to relax by entering 18 hour or longer adventure races. Loves OLD Van Halen and Trans Ams.
Dan Reed: Vegan and Chicago Vegan Foods Partner. Handles marketing type stuff, general counsel for the other partners, the Internets, and lots of consumer and publicity outreach. Reluctantly loves the new Van Halen album.
Mary Howard: Started with Chicago Vegan Foods in 2008, vegan since '94. Business manager extraordinaire. When not busy tending to the empire, she enjoys mystery novels and baking, and she hopes to learn to speak fluent Spanish by the summer of 2011. Would like to open a Cancun Vegan Foods in the near future.
Cassandra Jackson: A former vegan pastry chef and current salesgirl of the year, Cassandra has been spreading the vegan gospel since 2002 and working hard to get Chicago Vegan Foods products to all four corners of the globe since 2008. In her spare time she enjoys being best friends with Mary Howard, practicing yoga, killing people with kindness, and sleeping in late on the weekends.
